Senior Associate

Sam is a senior associate in the M&A team at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. He has worked on a range of sell-side and buy-side mandates across numerous sectors, but has typically focused on healthcare and business services. Recent notable M&A transactions he has advised on include the sales of Sava Technology to Omni, Ariya Neuro Care to Choice Care and Native Communities to Greystar.

Prior to joining the firm in 2024, Sam worked at Deloitte across M&A and debt advisory. In the M&A team, he was involved in multiple buy-side and sell-side transactions, primarily in the healthcare sector. In the debt advisory team, he worked on a number of debt raises, refinancings and lender education processes, working mostly with private equity-owned companies. Sam graduated from the University of Surrey in 2016 with a BSc in Mathematics. He has passed all three CFA exams, completing CFA Level III in 2024.
