Jay is a senior associate at Oaklins India. He is responsible for transaction execution across a range of sectors and has been involved in several structured debt transactions in various industries, including hospitality, real estate and manufacturing.

Jay joined the firm in 2023. He began his career as an officer at a chartered accountancy firm, where he finalized accounts and prepared forecasts and analyses. Jay has a chartered accountancy degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, is a qualified chartered financial analyst with the CFA Institute and has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Mumbai University.
