Autogrill S.p.A. increases capital
Autogrill SpA has completed a capital increase to consolidate and strengthen its international leadership position.
Autogrill engages in the provision of food and beverage services for travelers. It operates through concessions and subconcessions at airports, motorways and railway stations, as well as on high streets and at shopping centers, trade fairs and cultural attractions.
Oaklins Italy’s parent company Banka Akros acted as co-lead manager in the capital increase of Autogrill SpA, for a total value of approximately US$716 million.
