Our role in the transaction
Oaklins’ team in France advised ENGIE Énergies Services on the carveout and sale of Majorelle. Throughout the transaction, the team carried out extensive preparatory work, defining the financial and organizational roadmaps and developing a compelling equity story. The competitive process, involving French and international strategic buyers, optimized the transaction timeline and valuation while avoiding the need to implement a transition services agreement (TSA).
