Robert Cilek

Director

Robert is a director at Oaklins Heritage in Jacksonville. He leads the firm’s transaction execution efforts and supports clients across a range of M&A, capital raising and strategic advisory engagements. He oversees all aspects of the firm’s transaction support team, including financial analysis, modeling, research, due diligence, coordination and presentation development. He also manages the firm’s analyst training and development program, helping team members build the skills and experience needed to grow within the firm and take on greater responsibility in the transaction process.

Previously, Robert spent over six years at Business Valuation, Inc., where he focused on valuations for tax compliance, transaction planning, and estate and gifting purposes. His experience spans industries such as manufacturing, distribution, agribusiness, technology and healthcare, and includes working with businesses ranging from under US$1 million to over US$1 billion in annual revenue. Robert has a BS in Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from the University of North Florida. He is also a licensed Florida real estate sales associate.
