TBI has sold Acto Informatisering to the management team
The Dutch-based construction and engineering company TBI has sold Acto Informatisering (Acto) to its management team. Financial details of this transaction have not been disclosed.
Acto develops and supplies high-quality ERP software solutions to organizations active in the technical installation, infrastructure and construction markets. With ActoProject and ActoService, Acto enables project and service-oriented organizations to manage their entire business process cycle. The company also provides project management and IT implementations and training courses through consultancy services.
TBI comprises a network of companies active in the engineering, construction and infrastructure industries. The TBI companies operate both independently and in partnership, primarily in the Dutch home market. The companies share knowledge, deploy their capacity to best advantage and focus on the integral design, construction and maintenance of a sustainable residential, working and living environment.
