Arseny Lepiavka

Managing Partner

Arseny is the managing partner and founder of Oaklins Mexico. Since founding the firm, he has closed over 110 successful operations, ranging from M&A transactions, financial restructurings and valuations for ongoing companies as well as equity and debt financing deals. Notable transactions include the sale of Gelatinas ART to Lala, the acquisition of Tequilas Finos by William Grant & Sons, the debt restructurings for Grupo Radio Centro and Autobuses Estrella Blanca, and the divestiture of AB InBev’s non-strategic assets in Mexico and Honduras.

Prior to establishing the firm in 1999, Arseny worked for Citibank as managing director of the risk capital investments group, NOMURA Securities as managing director of the investment banking group and DLJ as managing director of the investment banking group. He has a degree in industrial engineering from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico (UNAM) and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Arseny has been a member of the board of directors of several companies, including Femsa, Texel, Cintra, Serfin, Corvi, Nafin, Dicipa, Provequim, Reliance, Lenox and Pliana in the food & beverage, financial, chemical and textile industries.
