Industrial Papelera Atlas S.A. has sold the brand to Continental S.A.C.

The private shareholders of Industrial Papelera Atlas S.A. have sold the brand to Continental S.A.C. Financial details have not been disclosed.

Industrial Papelera Atlas has more than 60 years' experience in the paper industry in Peru. The company is engaged in the manufacture and sale of paper in the form of reels, reams and other similar products.

Continental S.A.C. is engaged in the distribution of paper products, school and office supplies. The company manufactures the Standford, Conti and Mylano brands and owns the Utilex stores in Peru.
