Octubre 2025 — OmniMax International has acquired Nu-Ray Metal Products, Inc., a regional leader in high-performance roofing accessories and metal panel fabrication. This acquisition strengthens OmniMax’s presence on the West Coast and enhances its comprehensive product portfolio and manufacturing capabilities.
