Bruno Josipović

Bruno is a senior associate at Oaklins Croatia. He has been involved in several M&A transactions, with the majority being in retail and hospitality. Notable deals include the sales of Pemo, Lonia and Strahinjcica to Studenac, the sale of Turisthotel to Tankerska Plovidba and the sale of Spin Valis to Valinge. Bruno has also worked on several buy-side deals, with the most recent one being NTL’s acquisition of Kitro.

Bruno joined the firm in 2020. He received his master’s degree in finance & financial mathematics from EDHEC Business School and his master’s degree in finance from the University of Zagreb. During his studies, he also attended Bocconi University.
