Armelle is a partner at Oaklins France. With 25 years of experience in the financial sector, she has recognized expertise in debt advisory and financial structuring. She has worked on numerous arrangements in financial transactions and M&A, from private debt to senior loans. She has advised private equity firms, such as Siparex, Sienna, Bluegem and Nextstage, as well as corporates, such as Carso and Dimotrans.

Prior to joining Oaklins in 2020, Armelle was the head of financing and treasury at Dentressangle Investment Holding Company. She has also held various positions at Société Générale, covering leveraged financing and credit risk. She began her career as an economist advising Crédit Agricole, in particular external growth strategies in emerging markets (Eastern Europe). Armelle is a certified international investment analyst (CIIA) charterholder, AMF-certified in sustainable finance and has been teaching at emlyon business school since 2017 for the MSc in Finance Program.
