Oscar is an associate at Oaklins Netherlands and a member of the M&A mid-market team, where he supports clients and senior advisors in various tasks related to the origination and execution of both sell-side and buy-side mandates. He has worked across a range of transactions, mainly covering the healthcare, TMT and private equity sectors. Recent transactions include the sales of Xomnia to Foreman Capital and Embrace to Aareon.

Oscar joined Oaklins Netherlands in 2022 following two internships at Dutch corporate finance boutiques. He obtained both his master’s in financial economics and his bachelor’s degree in economics and business economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
