Bruce is an associate at Oaklins Janes Capital, Oaklins’ aerospace, defense & security specialist member firm in Irvine. His responsibilities include supporting senior bankers in M&A deal execution and developing aerospace & defense industry analytics and market research. Recent transactions he has been involved in include the sale of ExoAnalytic Solutions to Anduril Industries, the sale of American Casting Company to Arcline Investment Management and the sale of High Tech Solutions to BTX Precision, a portfolio company of L Squared Capital Partners.
 
Prior to joining the firm in 2023, Bruce had previous investment banking experience with ECHELON Partners and M&A valuation experience with PwC. Bruce graduated from the University of Southern California with a BS in Business Administration. He holds FINRA Series 79, 63 and SIE licenses.
