Maaike is an analyst at Oaklins Netherlands and a member of the M&A mid-market team. She supports clients and senior advisors across the origination and execution of both sell-side and buy-side mandates, including industry analysis, financial modeling, valuation materials and sales documentation. Notable transactions include the acquisition of Novicare by Gimv, the partnership between HSO and Bain Capital, the sale of CarWise & AutoDisk to Main Capital Partners and the acquisition of Interoperability Group by RAM-IT, backed by Keensight Capital.

Maaike joined the firm in 2024 after completing internships at Oaklins Netherlands and Squarefield. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and master’s degrees in strategic management and finance & investments from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
