Nikolaos is a partner at Oaklins Sweden, with a particular focus on industrials. His experience from domestic and cross-border M&A transactions includes the sales of The Multi Group to 500.com; Enventus to Lichtenstein-based Hoval AG; Nolato Hertila to Essentra Plc; and Cobolt to Hubner GmbH; as well as Nolato’s acquisitions of Treff AG and US-based GW Plastics; and a number of acquisitions on behalf of Sandvik, including Dura-Mill Inc., Wetmore Tool & Engineering and Melin Tool Company, and Portugal-based Frezite; as well as NIBE’s acquisition of Portugal-based Solzaima.

Nikolaos has been with Oaklins since 2013, when he was recruited as an analyst following the completion of an internship program. Nikolaos’ previous experience includes production planning at AQ Group, a global components and systems manufacturer. He has an MSc in Finance from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.
