The shareholders of Propét USA, Inc. have sold the company to Merit Capital Partners and Aiglon Capital.
Propét is a leading supplier of comfort footwear products across an extensive range of sizes and widths, selling through various major retailers, online marketplaces and medical establishments with powerful dropship capabilities. Merit Capital Partners is a private investment firm which invests both equity and subordinated debt in each transaction.
