Junho 2021 — A FEPI Distribuição SA adquiriu activos da Tabacos Farinha e Joaquim Guimarães.

A FEPI é um distribuidor de tabaco e vinho. O grupo é composto por três empresas: a International Tabacos, o maior revendedor de tabaco da capital Portuguesa; International Vinhos, um grande distribuidor de bebidas, presente há mais de 35 anos no mercado Português; e a IT Tabacarias, uma rede de tabacarias.

A Tabacos Farinha e Joaquim Guimarães são distribuidores e operadores de tabaco e máquina de venda automática.
