Grupo de acionistas minoritários e a Ibéris Capital compram a Sanindusa
Dezembro 2021 — Os acionistas minoritários, juntamente com a Ibéris Capital, compraram a Sanindusa aos acionistas maioritários.
Os acionistas minoritários incluem quatro famílias. A Ibéris Capital é um fundo de private equity, fundado em 2017 por quatro sócios com a visão partilhada das oportunidades disponíveis no mercado Português. Atualmente, possui mais de US$ 285 milhões de ativos sob gestão e uma base diversificada de mais de 500 investidores
A Sanindusa é líder nacional na produção de equipamentos sanitários. Com cinco unidades fabris em Portugal, a empresa abrange as seguintes areas: cerâmica, banheiras e bases de duche acrílicas, torneiras e barro refractário. A Sanindusa está também presente em Espanha e no Reino Unido.
