Global Soluciones Financieras has completed a capital increase
October 2023 — Global Soluciones Financieras S.A. (GSF) has completed a capital increase, which includes the entry of new investors, in order to complete its financial restructuring.
Global Soluciones Financieras, through its subsidiaries, provides financing services to the automotive industry in Chile. It offers automotive credit services, which include instant, conventional and smart credits and vehicle assistance services; financial leasing services; and insurance products, such as unemployment, general and life, car and liability and disability. The company was incorporated in 2010 and is based in Las Condes, Chile.
Our role in the transaction
Oaklins’ team in Chile acted as the exclusive financial advisor and placement agent to GSF in the financial restructuring, which involved a capital increase of US$21.5 million.
