Procaps S.A. has raised funds
August 2023 — Procaps S.A. has closed a club deal bank facility in a transaction financed by Bancolombia S.A. and Banco Davivienda S.A. The funds will be designated for the refinancing of existing debts owed to current creditors. This strategic allocation will empower the company to navigate its growth plan with enhanced financial strength.
Procaps S.A. is a Colombian multinational firm, leader in the pharmaceutical market. The company develops, manufactures and markets over-the-counter and prescription drugs, nutritional supplements and clinical solutions. Procaps distributes its products to 50 markets.
