Boeser Frischfleisch has secured financing for the acquisition of Vion Crailsheim
June 2026 — Boeser Frischfleisch GmbH has secured financing in connection with the acquisition of the Crailsheim site from Vion Group. The site specializes in the slaughtering and cutting of cattle and pigs and plays an important role in the southern German meat industry. Through the acquisition, Boeser Frischfleisch expands its value chain and strengthens its position in a market characterized by ongoing structural change and consolidation.
The Crailsheim site, acquired from Vion Group, is a specialized meat processing facility focused on the slaughtering and cutting of cattle and pigs. The site serves customers across the food industry and retail sector and represents an important part of the meat supply chain in southern Germany. With its established operational infrastructure and processing capabilities, the facility plays a key role in the regional production and distribution of fresh meat products. The acquisition strengthens Boeser Frischfleisch’s processing capacity and reinforces its position in the German meat industry.
