Antoine Lemaire
Partner
Antoine is a partner at Oaklins France. He has extensive expertise in the agriculture and consumer healthcare sectors, having closed more than 25 deals in these fields. Notable corporate clients he has recently advised include Vitalis, Vitibot, Olyos and Cooper-Vemedia.
Prior to joining Oaklins in 2019, Antoine led an M&A boutique specializing in the consumer healthcare market. Before that, he was a director at an industrial consulting firm within the Alan Allman Associates Group. Antoine is also the owner of a regenerative agriculture farm in France and has a degree in engineering, with a specialization in corporate finance.
