Harry Bercu

Analyst

Harry is an analyst at Oaklins France. He supports clients across the origination and execution of sell-side, buy-side and capital raising transactions, including the preparation of financial models, valuation analyses, marketing materials and in-depth industry research. He has developed strong exposure to business services and consumer sectors, advising entrepreneurs, corporates and financial sponsors. Harry has been involved in several recent transactions, including the sale of TEVEA RF Consulting, a leading B2B indirect tax compliance firm acting as a certified fiscal representative across the EU, to VAT IT Compliance; the sale of Mugo, a recognized leader in the creation and maintenance of green spaces for professional clients, to Osmaïa in the context of a build-up backed by MBO+; and the LBO of My Pie, the leading French producer and distributor of ready-to-eat hot snacks in supermarkets, with Ardian Growth.

Prior to joining Oaklins in 2023, Harry had completed internships as a private equity analyst at Trail (Sigma Gestion acquired by Trail) and at Andera Partners, and as an M&A analyst at Oaklins. He has a master’s in finance from emlyon business school.
