Senior Associate

Yannick is a senior associate at Oaklins Switzerland. He advises entrepreneurs, shareholders and investors on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. He has extensive expertise in financial and market analysis, financial modeling, company valuation and purchase price allocation. Moreover, he is responsible for coordinating collaboration with the global Oaklins organization. Yannick has been involved in transactions across various industries, including automotive, energy, healthcare, and food and beverage. His client references include AdvalTech, LabPoint Medical Laboratories, Medartis, Rugenbräu, Straumann Group and Swiss Solar Group.

Yannick has been with Oaklins Switzerland since 2023. Previously, he had worked at PwC as an assurance associate, focusing on pension fund audits. He is a CFA charterholder and has a master’s degree in finance & accounting from Imperial College Business School in London.
