Joris Gijsbers

Associate

Joris is an associate at Oaklins Netherlands and is part of the M&A small-market team. He has worked on a number of M&A and debt deals, including the management buy-out of Goossens, the sale of Curious Kids to Blos Kinderopvang, the sale of Nomobo to Project Worldwide and the recapitalization of Lead Healthcare and Circuit Zandvoort. He also supports the renewable energy team.

Joris joined Oaklins Netherlands in 2019 following an internship. Prior to this, he had completed an internship at Emendo Capital. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in business economics and his master’s in finance from Tilburg University, and was an exchange student at the Sun Yat-sen University in Guangzhou, China.
