Skyfit Academia has been acquired by SFH Holding

Skyfit Academia had been acquired by SFH Holding, an investment vehicle led by Caio Murad Peres. The transaction reflects the attractiveness of scalable fitness platforms in Brazil, supported by Skyfit’s efficient business model, strong expansion track record, more than 800 units sold, nationwide presence and exposure to underpenetrated markets, positioning the company for its next phase of growth and reinforcing its role as a leading consolidation platform.

Founded in 2020 in the countryside of São Paulo, Skyfit is one of the fastest-growing low-cost gym chains in Brazil and has already positioned itself among the leading players in the national fitness market. The company currently operates 324 active units, primarily in the state of São Paulo, and had sold approximately 823 units as of February 2026, reflecting the scalability of its expansion model. Skyfit serves around 660,000 members through both wellness benefit platforms and direct contracts. Its gyms offer a full fitness proposition including cardio and strength equipment, functional training and group classes, supported by an equipment rental partnership that helps ensure a consistent offering of high-quality machines across the network. In 2025 alone, the company opened 130 new units, achieved 60% growth in its member base and achieved sell-out growth of 105.7%, reinforcing its strong growth trajectory and nationwide expansion potential.

SFH Holding is an investment vehicle led by Caio Murad Peres, former head of distribution at XP, created as a pre-operational holding company to acquire and hold new assets, including the recently announced leveraged acquisition of Skyfit.

Oaklins Fortezza Partners, based in Brazil, acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Skyfit Academia.
