Charlotte Delphis

Associate Director

Charlotte is an associate director at Oaklins France. With more than seven years’ experience in M&A, LBO and fundraising advisory, she focuses on three sectors: agriculture/agtech, organic/healthy food and consumer healthcare. In agriculture, her recent transactions include advising the shareholders of VitiBot on its sale to SAME Deutz-Fahr, Ecorobotix’s Series B fundraising co-led by Aqton SE and Cibus Capital, and UV Boosting’s Series A fundraising and strategic partnership with Kubota Group. In organic and healthy food, she has advised Natimpact Group on the acquisition of Base Organic Food and the shareholders of Qilibri on its sale to SP2L Group. In consumer healthcare, her notable transactions include the sale of Stardea to EA Pharma Group, the sale of Innoxa to Biosynex Group, the sale of Phytogenese Laboratories to Inostrale Group and Turenne Group’s investment in Naturopera.
 
Before joining Oaklins in 2020, Charlotte worked as an M&A analyst at Kepler Cheuvreux Switzerland and Neuflize OBC, and as an equity research analyst in the energy sector at Natixis. She has a master’s in finance from TBS Business School.
