Véronique is a senior advisor at Oaklins France with over 10 years of experience in mid-market M&A. With a track record of more than 30 deals, she has particular expertise in TMT. Recent transactions she has been involved in include Groupe JVS’ acquisition of Abellium Collectivités; Grain de Sail’s sale of a minority stake to GO CAPITAL, Bpifrance and other investors; and deals for Eloquant, Fillon Technologies, PRM Factory and EnviedeFraises.com

Before joining Oaklins in 2009, Véronique founded her own payroll software company APSARA and sold it to XRT, where she had started her career. Veronique has over 20 years of experience in the software industry. She is a graduate of Paris Dauphine.
