January 2013 — The shareholders of Soudure Raytech Welding Inc. have sold the company to M.R. Construction Inc. for an undisclosed amount.
Soudure Raytech Welding is specialized in construction welding. The company is based in Quebec, Canada.
Based in Tacoma, Washington, M.R. Construction is a full service, residential and industrial remodeling company, founded in 1994 by Matt Rock. For over 20, years the company has provided quality craftsmanship, remodeling residences and small commercial projects.
