Mars 2013 — The management of Probex Building Supplies Inc. has completed a full management buyout (MBO). Financial details have not been disclosed.
Founded in April 1976 and based in Montreal, Canada, Probex Building Supplies started originally as a wholesaler selling exclusively to building contractors. Today, the company is a leading supplier of construction equipment, including adhesives, cement, flooring, paint, plumbing and tools to consumers and contractors.
