SC360 Inc. has been acquired by Netricom Inc.

The shareholders of SC360 Inc. have sold the company to Netricom Inc. for an undisclosed amount.

SC360, formerly known as SYSTEMEX Communications, was created in 2005. The activities of the company are focused in the more specialized sectors of the telecommunications industry. SC360 offers added value services and turnkey solutions in installation, construction, network maintenance, and also possesses its own door-to-door sales force making the company a leader among telecommunications vendors.

Netricom is a leader in the Canadian telecommunications industry providing professional and technical services necessary for engineering, designing, building and commissioning wireless and wire line telecom networks.
