The shareholders of Radio-Classique Inc. have sold the company’s assets to Groupe Musique Greg for an undisclosed amount.

Groupe Musique Greg is a company founded by Gregory Charles, a famous Canadian celebrity. It operates in the entertainment business. The company produces TV shows, live shows, events and radio shows.

Radio-Classique is a radio network that plays exclusively classical music. It has two stations, one in Quebec City and one in Montreal.

Oaklins' team in Montreal advised the buyer in the transaction.
