Mars 2015 — The shareholders of Pointe-Claire Ironworks Inc. have sold the company to a private investor for an undisclosed consideration.

Pointe-Claire Ironworks was established in Montreal in 1955 as a steel manufacturer. Its product line has grown to service both the residential and commercial markets.
