R&D Recycling a été acquis par GFL
Juin 2021 — Le fondateur de R&D Recycling a vendu l'entreprise à GFL Environmental Inc. (GFL).
En activité depuis 1999, R&D Recycling est un exploitant régional d'installations de récupération de matériaux spécialisé dans la collecte et le traitement des déchets solides. Depuis sa création, l'entreprise s'est forgée une excellente réputation auprès des municipalités avoisinantes et a su maintenir un service de haute qualité satisfaisant ainsi les besoins de ses clients.
GFL, dont le siège social est situé à Vaughan, en Ontario, est la quatrième plus grande entreprise de services environnementaux diversifiés en Amérique du Nord. Elle offre une gamme complète de services de gestion des déchets solides non dangereux, d'assainissement des infrastructures et des sols et de gestion des déchets liquides par l'intermédiaire de sa plateforme d'installations réparties dans tout le Canada et dans 27 États américains. GFL a un effectif de plus de 15 000 employés.
Notre rôle dans la transaction
L'équipe d'Oaklins à Toronto et à Montréal a conseillé le fondateur et actionnaire de R&D Recycling tout au long du processus de vente, en identifiant les acheteurs potentiels et en négociant les différentes conditions de la transaction avec l'acheteur.
