Mars 2023 — Les actionnaires de Hangingstone Ventures Ltd. (HSV) ont vendu la société à Infracon Construction Inc.
HSV est une entreprise de services de hydro-excavation et d'air-excavation opérant dans l'ouest du Canada avec des sites en Alberta et en Colombie-Britannique, mobilisant efficacement des équipes et des équipements sur les sites de travail de ses clients. HSV fournit des services de hydro-excavation à un essieu et à trois essieux ainsi que de la technologie d'air-excavation à une vaste gamme de clients dans les industries de l'infrastructure, des pipelines, des services publics et du pétrole et du gaz.
Basée en Colombie-Britannique, Infracon est un groupe d'entreprises de construction spécialisées dans les travaux publics, les pipelines, la soudure et les matériaux de construction dans l'ouest du Canada.
