Balticovo has acquired 100% of the shares in Babičkin dvor. The acquisition marks Balticovo’s direct entry into the Slovak market and establishes a platform for further growth in Central Europe. Groupe Thomas Plants has acquired Tecnosem to form Groupe Flore, a new leader in France’s vegetable seedling market.
