TKC has been acquired by UForm International
April 2026 — Uform International Ltd. has acquired TKC, a portfolio company of NorthEdge, to become the largest specialist supplier to the UK and Ireland kitchen market.
TKC are a leading trade supplier to the UK and Ireland kitchen and bedroom industry offering a vast range of doors, cabinets accessories and components. Established in 1989, Denton-based TKC is a specialist distributor of kitchen and bedroom doors, cabinets and other components, sourcing the majority of its products from Italy. It currently employs 150 staff and supplies to independent kitchen retailers, trade merchants and key retail partners.
Uform International is a leading manufacturer and distributor of kitchen furniture, with a focus on door frontals, and accessories in the UK and Ireland. The company’s primary facility is based in Toomebridge, County Antrim, Ireland and distributes approximately 1,500 kitchens per week.
NorthEdge manages over US$1.2 million of private equity funds aimed at lower- and mid-market buy-out and development capital transactions in the technology, healthcare and business services sectors.
