Oliver is a partner at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. He leads Oaklins Cavendish’s M&A business in the North of England, based in Manchester. Oliver has over 23 years of M&A experience, focused on providing the right deal solution to a client’s objectives. Recent notable transactions he has advised on include the acquisition of Oak Engage by NorthEdge Capital LLP.

Prior to joining the firm in 2024, Oliver was a partner in Deloitte’s corporate finance advisory business, responsible for the northwest team, working with a range of private equity, corporate and owner-managed companies across sectors, with particular strengths in supporting complex transactions and helping owner-managers navigate their first deal.
