Innofactor Plc has issued a hybrid bond to selected institutional investors.
Innofactor is one of the leading Nordic IT solution providers focused on Microsoft platforms. The firm delivers business critical solutions and maintenance services as a system integrator and develops its own software products and services.
Oaklins' team in Finland acted as financial advisor and placing agent to Innofactor plc on their US$4 million capital securities placing.
