Joulukuuta 2013 — Innofactor Oyj on laskenut liikkeeseen hybridilainan valituille institutionaalisille sijoittajille.
Innofactor on yksi johtavista Microsoft-teknologiaan keskittyvistä pohjoismaisista IT-ratkaisutoimittajista. Yhtiö toimittaa liiketoimintakriittisiä ratkaisuja ja ylläpitopalveluja järjestelmäintegraattorina sekä kehittää omia ohjelmistotuotteitaan ja -palveluitaan.
