CVC Capital Partners har förvärvat Paroc Group.
Oktober 2014 — Det brittiska bolaget CVC Capital Partners (CVC) har förvärvat Paroc Group från ett bankkonsortium till ett företagsvärde om cirka 900 miljoner amerikanska dollar.
CVC är ett av världens ledande private equity- och investeringsrådgivningsföretag. Bolaget grundades 1981 och har ett nätverk av 21 kontor globalt. CVC förvaltar fonder för över 300 investerare från Nordamerika, Europa, Asien och Mellanöstern med ett totalt kapital på över 65 miljarder amerikanska dollar.
Paroc är den ledande tillverkaren av stenullsisolering i Norden och Baltikum. Företaget producerar byggnadsisolering och teknisk isolering för bostads- och kommersiella byggnadsmarknader samt för olika industriella tillämpningar.
