PRFoods AS has acquired Oy Trio Trading Ab

August 2017 — PRFoods AS, a leading food processing company, has acquired Oy Trio Trading Ab for US$4 million.

PRFoods is an Estonian-based group of companies engaged in food processing, mostly salmon and trout. The group has been listed on the NASDAQ OMX Tallinn Stock Exchange since May 2010. PRFoods operates in the UK, Estonia, Sweden and Finland. The company sells its products in more than 30 countries.

Oy Trio Trading Ab, located in Kokkola, is Finland’s leading importer of fish and shellfish.
