September 2021 — Cerion Oy har sålt Cerion Solutions Oy till det börsnoterade bolaget Netum Group Oyj.
Cerion Solutions, grundat 2004, är ett företag inom informationshantering och digitalisering. Företaget erbjuder lösningar för datalagring och analys samt utvecklar kundspecifika lösningar för digitalisering av affärsprocesser. Cerion hjälper företag och offentliga organisationer att utnyttja digitala lösningar på bästa möjliga sätt.
Netum Group är ett snabbt växande IT-tjänsteföretag med över 20 års erfarenhet av krävande IT-projekt. Företaget betjänar offentliga förvaltningar och företagskunder med Legacy to Digi®-konceptet, som kombinerar befintliga traditionella IT-lösningar med de senaste digitala applikationerna. Netums tjänster omfattar utveckling av digitala tjänster, kontinuitetstjänster, integrationstjänster, cybersäkerhet samt managementkonsulttjänster. Företaget har över 160 anställda i Helsingfors, Tammerfors, Åbo och Björneborg. Netum Groups aktier är noterade på Nasdaq First North Growth Market i Helsingfors.
Tillsammans bildar Netum och Cerion Solutions en expertorganisation med 200 specialister, som kan erbjuda sina kunder ännu mer konkurrenskraftiga lösningar för data- och informationshantering samt främja digitalisering.
