Juli 2025 — Gimv har förvärvat en majoritetsandel i Hemink, en nederländsk specialist inom fastighetsrenovering och underhåll. Affären markerar ett nytt kapitel för Hemink, som genom sitt partnerskap med Gimv strävar efter att stärka sin position som nationell ledare inom hållbara fastighetstjänster.
Hemink är en ledande B2B-leverantör av hållbara renoverings- och underhållstjänster för fastigheter med en 65-årig historik och starkt fokus på bostadsföreningar i västra, centrala och östra Nederländerna. Företaget specialiserar sig på cirkulära projektmetoder och resultatbaserat fastighetsunderhåll, med särskild expertis inom storskaliga, intensiva hållbarhetsrenoveringar.
