ServeTek has acquired Professional Kitchen KK-Service Oy and its two sister companies
November 2025 — ServeTek has acquired Professional Kitchen KK-Service Oy along with its sister companies, Karose Oy and SKR Varaosat Oy. These acquisitions further strengthen the group’s presence in Finland.
Backed by Swedish Aspira Partners, ServeTek is a newly created Nordic platform and a leader in the aftermarket segment for food service and hygiene equipment.
Professional Kitchen KK-Service Oy and its sister companies, Karose Oy and SKR Varaosat Oy, specialize in the full-service installation and maintenance of professional kitchen refrigeration and heating equipment, expert spare parts sales and large-scale kitchen installations. They serve customers across the shipping, healthcare, hospitality and restaurant sectors.

Both the real estate and the operations were included in the transaction, and Center Parcs is staying on board as an operational partner.
