Census Group har förvärvat Tase-Koivu Oy
Mars 2026 — Med stöd av svenska Aspira Partners har Census Group förvärvat SYS Audit Oy, Lecklé Oy, Tiliextra Oy, Tase-Koivu Oy Tilintarkastusyhteisö, HJL Audit Oy och Auditus Tilintarkastus Oy. Transaktionerna innebär skapandet av en ny plattform på den finska marknaden för revision och rådgivning. Den nybildade gruppen ägs gemensamt av Aspira Partners, entreprenörer och nyckelanställda, förenade av en gemensam vision och ett starkt engagemang gentemot SME-kunder.
Census Groups bolag erbjuder revisions- och rådgivningstjänster till SME-företag och deras ägare, offentliga aktörer, bostadsaktiebolag, föreningar och stiftelser. Rådgivningstjänsterna omfattar skattefrågor, juridik samt planering och genomförande av företagstransaktioner.
Tase-Koivu Oy är en leverantör av revisions- och rådgivningstjänster med fokus på sydvästra Finland.
