7BidCo has completed the sell-out procedure for the shares of STAR7
August 2026 — 7BidCo S.p.A. has completed the sell-out procedure for 8.5% of STAR7 S.p.A.’s shares.
7BidCo is an acquisition vehicle owned by Argos fund and was established to acquire STAR7 through a public tender offer.
STAR7 provides support for product and process engineering, technical content creation and management, marketing, translation and interpreting, authoring, printing and virtual experiences.
Our role in the transaction
Oaklins Italy’s parent company, Banca Akros, served as the appointed broker for the collection of shares in 7BidCo’s sell-out procedure.
