Oktober 2013 — Orava Bostadsfond Abp har genomfört en börsintroduktion på huvudmarknaden på Nasdaq OMX Helsingfors och tagit in 27 miljoner amerikanska dollar.
Orava Residential är en finländsk REIT (fastighetsinvesteringsfond).
