Bruno Josipović

Associate

Bruno is an associate at CAPER, Oaklins’ member firm in Croatia. He has worked on numerous sell-side transactions across various sectors, especially in the retail and beauty segments. Most recently, he advised on the sale of Pemo, the most profitable retail chain in Croatia, to Studenac, Croatia’s fastest growing retail chain.

Bruno joined the firm in 2020. He received his master’s in finance & financial mathematics from the EDHEC Business School and his master’s in finance from the Faculty of Economics & Business at the University of Zagreb. He also attended the summer school program at Bocconi University. He was a peer tutor at the department of finance during his bachelor’s studies. Bruno is fluent in English and German, and also speaks French.
