Suat is a partner at Oaklins inHERA in Türkiye, where he leads M&A advisory projects across sell-side and buy-side processes, corporate finance, due diligence and strategic financial advisory mandates. He advises shareholders, founders, corporates and investors throughout the transaction lifecycle. Suat has a multidisciplinary finance background spanning investment banking, transaction advisory, strategic finance, FP&A, financial control and audit. Over the course of his career, he has advised on and executed M&A transactions totaling over US$500 million, with experience across the technology, FMCG, manufacturing, financial services and industrial sectors.

Before joining Oaklins inHERA, Suat held senior finance and advisory roles at Sestek and Finaas, following strategic financial and controlling positions at Eczacıbaşı Consumer Products and Oyak Mining Metallurgy Group. He began his career at Deloitte. He has a BA in Business Administration in English from Istanbul University.
